Bilingual Childcare for 2-5 Year Olds
Nestled on the edge of the South Downs in Falmer’s beautiful old village school, the Language Garden offers a magical space for immersive learning, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
In our idyllic little world, we grow and play in both German and English. We sing, paint, bake, go on woodland adventures, feed the ducks at the pond, make new friends, and have lots of fun.
Our bilingual approach gives children the opportunity to be immersed in German language and culture.
Everyone is welcome at the Language Garden. We embrace diversity as it enables children to appreciate differences, develop empathy and respect and gives them a deeper understanding of the world.
Childcare Provision
We are open 45 weeks of the year and currently offer the following days:
Tuesdays: 8:30 till 14:30 or 17:30
Wednesdays: 8:30 till 14:30 or 17:30
Thursdays: 8:30 till 14:30 or 17:30
Recognising that children arrive with diverse levels of German and English language experiences, from fluency to no prior exposure, our rich bilingual environment facilitates natural language development for every child.
